Safety-First Workforce Pathway for High School Students
Ages 14–18 · 8–12 Weeks · Instructor-Supervised Labs
This program is designed specifically for students ages 14–18 who are interested in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, dispatching, and future CDL career pathways.
This is NOT a commercial driving program for minors. Students do not operate commercial vehicles. Instead, they learn transportation systems, digital logistics operations, dispatching technology, fleet safety, and industry safety procedures in supervised educational environments.
The Entire Program
Each module builds on the last — from foundational safety awareness through to professional CDL readiness and ethical responsibility.
Students begin by learning transportation industry safety fundamentals before entering any logistics or dispatching activities.
Students earn industry-recognized credentials that strengthen resumes and demonstrate workforce readiness.
Every activity, simulation, and exercise is governed by strict safety protocols. Student welfare is our highest priority.
By embedding safety into every lesson, students develop a safety-first mindset that stays with them throughout their career — whether they pursue logistics, dispatching, fleet operations, or a CDL after graduation.
Completing the program equips students with real-world skills, safety awareness, and a professional foundation for transportation careers.
Students may explore future careers across transportation, logistics, and supply chain industries.
Students who complete all four modules and pass the safety assessments receive this credential — a powerful addition to resumes, college applications, and workforce portfolios.
Give your students a safety-first head start in one of America's most in-demand industries. Transportation careers start with awareness, not risk.
